Data Retention

We retain account data for the period required under applicable Indian financial regulations. After that period, records are securely deleted or anonymised. You may request a copy of your data at any time via email.

Cookie Policy

Cookies on w7nkd track session state, language preference and lobby position only. We do not sell cookie data to third parties. You can manage cookie settings through your browser or the in-app privacy toggle.

Account Security

Your account is protected by password hashing and two-factor verification on login from new devices. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact live chat immediately — we can freeze the account within minutes.

Payment Data Handling

UPI, Paytm and PhonePe transaction references are stored in encrypted logs accessible only to our finance team. We do not store full bank account numbers; only the masked reference ID used for reconciliation.

Who to Contact for Changes

To update your registered name, address or linked UPI handle, submit a change request via email with supporting ID. Changes are processed within five business days and confirmed by email to your registered address.

Dispute and Escalation Path

If you disagree with how a term has been applied to your account, raise a formal dispute via email within 30 days of the decision. We will review and respond in writing within ten business days.

Yes. These terms are tied to your registered account, not your physical location. However, access to the platform depends on local law wherever you are — use is permitted only where local law allows it.

We will notify you of material changes by email and an in-app banner at least seven days before they take effect. Continued use of your account after that date constitutes acceptance. Non-material corrections take effect immediately.

Any verified balance will be returned to the payment method used for your most recent deposit — UPI, Paytm or PhonePe — within ten business days of the closure decision, subject to identity verification being complete.

Access to w7nkd is available where local law permits. You confirm when opening an account that you meet all eligibility conditions required under the laws of your state or territory in India. We may ask for verification documents at any time.

Raise a dispute via email within 30 days of the transaction date. Include the reference ID shown in your wallet history. Our finance team will cross-check the encrypted payment log and respond in writing within ten business days.

The English-language version of these Terms and Conditions is always the binding version. Any translated text provided for convenience does not override the English text. In the event of ambiguity, the English clause governs.
